1. Shipping Within New Zealand

   - Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within New Zealand. This includes all products except filled beanbags, which may incur an additional shipping fee due to their larger size and weight.
   - Additional Fees for Filled Beanbags: Filled beanbags require specialised packaging and handling, so an additional shipping fee may apply. This fee will be calculated at checkout and added to your total.
   - Delivery Times: Standard delivery within New Zealand typically takes 3-7 business days. However, please allow extra time for rural or remote locations. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

2. International Shipping

   - Custom Shipping Quote: For international orders, shipping fees are based on your location and the size and weight of the items purchased. Please contact us at hello@nalaoutdoor.com for a personalised shipping quote prior to placing your order.
   - Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before ordering.
   - Delivery Times for International Orders: Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided along with your custom shipping quote.

3. Order Processing

   - Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Customised products may require additional processing time, which will be noted at the time of purchase. Pre-orders for customised items are ready and shipped within 3-4 weeks.
   - Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment.

4. Shipping Restrictions

   - PO Boxes: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a full street address to ensure successful delivery.
   - Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier disruptions.
