Welcome to NALA. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of NALA’s customisable outdoor products, including umbrellas and beanbags.
Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to acceptance based on availability, payment verification, and other factors. NALA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods provided on our site.
Pricing: Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and may change without notice. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Customisation and Product Details
Customisation Options: NALA offers customisable options for certain products. Final customisations are submitted by the customer at the time of order and cannot be modified after confirmation.
Product Descriptions: We strive to accurately display and describe our products. However, due to differences in monitor settings and natural variations in materials, slight deviations may occur.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are subject to change based on availability and other factors. NALA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or other factors outside our control.
Delivery Costs: Shipping costs vary based on location, size, and weight of the products and will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping NZ wide on products that are not mentioned otherwise.
International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Custom-made products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as applicable.
Warranty
Product Warranty: NALA offers a one-year warranty on all products for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors (weather, animals, etc.). There is a 5 year limited warranty on NALA fabrics. These include damages or unusual defects no caused by misuse.
Intellectual Property
All content on NALA’s website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of NALA and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
NALA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, NALA's maximum liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
